Sarah Wilkinson

Sarah has over 25 years of experience in HR, including the financial services industry prior to joining Morrisons in 2016. She has held a number of roles, including People Director for Manufacturing and is currently the People Director for Resourcing, Talent, Leadership & Development. In this role, she also leads the Sir Ken Morrison Leadership School and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.

Sarah is a passionate fundraiser within Morrisons and outside of work. Included in many of the charities she supports are Great Ormond Street Hospital and Leeds Children's Hospital, and she serves as a Trustee for Gemma's Hospice. Her commitment to these causes is supported by her husband and three daughters.
